CLEANING
During a rental, we offer the option of a daily cleaning.
This service can either requested by the owner, who wishes to rent his apartment with included cleaning options, or by the tenant who asks for complimentary services such as ironing or regular cleanings.
Our hotel quality services guarantee the cleaning of the floors, of the kitchen and bathroom elements, as well as the replacement of consumables, during the rental.
CLEANING IN-BETWEEN RENTALS
For vacation rentals and short stays, furnished or non-furnished, our cleaning team will intervene in-between each rental, for a complete and precise clean-up of the property: floors, cupboards, windows, kitchen, bathroom, toilets.
We also renew all the consumables and have a welcome kit, including products for the bathroom and kitchen and if required a change of linen.
LAUNDRY
We are in charge of the pick-up, cleaning and re-setting of the household linen.
That the linen belongs to you or that you benefit from our hotel laundry service, we will make sure that at the end of every rental all linen is replaced, bed sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, towels, bath mat and tea towels.
We can also change all the linen during a stay if required by the tenant who will then be charged for that.
